I attend regular personal psychotherapy - this is an essential foundation for any qualified professional. It supports both ongoing professional development and psychological hygiene.
I'm also in regular supervision - a crucial part of my profession that ensures the effectiveness and safety of the therapeutic process.
Supervision (from Latin supervidere - "to oversee") reflects the essence of the process well: it's a way to check the clarity and integrity of my work with the guidance of a more experienced colleague.
My work is based on a long-term perspective — together, we explore the deeper roots of your emotional states. I'm committed to meaningful, lasting change rather than simply managing symptoms.

Long-term therapy is focused on deep self-exploration, working through unconscious layers of the psyche, resolving inner conflicts, and improving the overall quality of your life.

No special preparation is needed on your part. Please take a moment to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable, where you won’t be disturbed and can speak freely. You might want to have a glass of water nearby and change into something soft and comfortable for your body.
